Nuestro cliente es una multinacional mexicana referente del sector de la venta y distribuci\u00f3n de bebidas, con importante implantaci\u00f3n en Am\u00e9rica y recientemente adquirida por un grupo estadounidense l\u00edder en el sector. En su proceso de optimizaci\u00f3n continua ha emprendido un importante proceso de transformaci\u00f3n digital dirigido a dotar de inteligencia y automatizaci\u00f3n a su cadena de suministro (SCM), desde la gesti\u00f3n de los proveedores, a la cadena de log\u00edstica y hasta la entrega a sus clientes.<\/p>\n

En Bluetab M\u00e9xico hemos colaborando con ellos en la definici\u00f3n de los KPIs de las diferentes \u00e1reas implicadas (ventas, compras, inventario, gesti\u00f3n de activos, transporte y producci\u00f3n), la construcci\u00f3n del DWH y el dise\u00f1o de la capa de consumo\/visualizaci\u00f3n sobre Microstrategy. Estamos en el proceso de la generaci\u00f3n de par\u00e1metros de gesti\u00f3n que adem\u00e1s de la descripci\u00f3n de lo que est\u00e1 pasando (KPIs), puedan anticipar de forma predictiva lo que es esperable ante una situaci\u00f3n de contexto (KPPs indicadores\u00a0predictivos<\/em>\u00a0clave).<\/p>\n

Nuestro cliente ha logrado dotar a sus usuarios de negocio de herramientas de toma de decisi\u00f3n flexibles y automatizadas que permiten la evoluci\u00f3n hacia el autoconsumo de informaci\u00f3n. Actualmente seguimos colaborando con ellos realizando mejoras y nuevos proyectos en el \u00e1rea y est\u00e1 previsto que extendamos el modelo a varias geograf\u00edas.<\/p>\n
