El cambio del mercado retail desde la situaci\u00f3n pre-COVID ha supuesto la necesidad de transformar los negocios de venta f\u00edsica, a negocios on-line. Muchos de los l\u00edderes han tenido que cambiar modelos de distribuci\u00f3n y venta en tienda por modelos con venta eCommerce y log\u00edstica de entrega a domicilio. L\u00edderes como Amazon han supuesto una v\u00eda eficiente para utilizar su posici\u00f3n y experiencia log\u00edstica para completar la ultima milla en la cadena de suministro.<\/p>\n

Nuestro cliente es la compa\u00f1\u00eda l\u00edder en la representaci\u00f3n de marcas de ropa, accesorios y art\u00edculos de hogar en la regi\u00f3n y opera m\u00e1s de 2,000 puntos de venta en departamentales y m\u00e1s de 600 boutiques. Siendo una referencia para todas las marcas de \u00e9xito en Latinoam\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n

El proyecto tiene como objetivo implementar dentro de su canal de ventas de e-commerce el portal de Amazon, para lo que cargamos el inventario en la plataforma del partners, a fin de que el producto, se venda y cobre al cliente final a trav\u00e9s de su infraestructura, mientras que su despacho se realice a trav\u00e9s de la infraestructura del cliente con las gu\u00edas generadas por Amazon.<\/p>\n

Derivado del volumen de operaciones, el control manual no es viable, por lo que deben implementarse adecuaciones tecnol\u00f3gicas y de proceso a fin de garantizar la correcta operaci\u00f3n con dicha plataforma, gener\u00e1ndose diversas interfaces que permiten el intercambio de informaci\u00f3n entre nuestro cliente y los portales, a trav\u00e9s de las diversas APIS que dicha plataforma pone a disposici\u00f3n para dicho fin, asegurando la correcta operaci\u00f3n y administraci\u00f3n del proceso de comercializaci\u00f3n.
